Merric received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. While in University, Merric was published 8 times, and won the Undergraduate Director’s Award for Achievement at the Army Research Laboratory, for his research in Materials. Prior to working at Friedman Engineering LLC, he worked as a Design Engineer at WSP (formerly Leach Wallace Associates) focusing on Mechanical and Plumbing design for HealthCare Facilities and Hospitals. Besides the HealthCare field, Merric has experience in the design of Government Facilities, Multifamily, Residential, Commercial Kitchen / Restaurant, and Office / Tenant fit-outs. Since joining Friedman Engineering, Merric has taken the lead on designing and coordinating MEP work across multiple disciplines, and ensuring client communications & job-quality meets and exceeds our clients expectations.
